Vegetable

Juice Making and eating a salad is probably one of the last things you'll feel up to while recovering from the flu. Down a glass of low-sodium vegetable juice instead. You'll load up on immune-boosting antioxidants and keep yourself hydrated. Craving a sweet taste? Go with 100% fruit juice.

Eating

Grapefruit before bedtime, gives good sleep thus, reducing symptoms of insomnia. It also contains fat-burning enzymes that are highly beneficial in promoting weight loss. That's because it prevents sugars and starch getting stored in the body. Apart from that its a great remedy for cough and cold, perfect during winter time.

How Much Sleep Is Enough?

Sleep needs vary widely from person to person, but general guidelines are:
16 hours for infants
9 hours for teenagers
7-8 hours for adults

Washing

your skin can't get rid of blackheads or acne. Why? Blackheads form below the skin's surface, when oil, also called sebum, reacts with air in a partially clogged pore. When the pore is totally blocked, you get a whitehead.Wash your face only twice a day, using a mild cleanser and warm water -- not hot water.

Never comb your hair when it is wet. The roots of the hair are weakest when they are wet. Keep the hair wrapped in a towel for a while then let it dry naturally.

Sunscreen

needs to be used daily to protect the skin and reduce the redness that comes from acne scars. When scars get exposed to sun they can become more irritated, so protecting the skin before you go out is the best way to reduce the appearance of all acne scars.

Pop Your Pimples Squeezing pimples or blemishes just creates more problems. Resist the temptation. It will only delay healing and increase the risk of scarring. Squeezing pimples may also push infected material into the skin, where it can cause additional inflammation and scarring.
